Agreement to Terms
By placing an order, making a reservation, or using any services provided by Islamia Foods (referred to as “the Restaurant,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These T&Cs govern your use of our physical location, website, mobile application, and any delivery or catering services we offer.
Ordering and Acceptance
- Order Placement: Orders can be placed in-person, by telephone, via our official website/app, or through authorized third-party delivery platforms.
- Order Confirmation: An order is only considered accepted when you receive a confirmation (verbal, digital) from the Restaurant or the third-party platform.
- Order Cancellation/Modification:
- You may cancel or modify an order within 5 minutes of placement by contacting the Restaurant directly, provided the preparation has not yet begun.
- Once preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled or modified, and you will be charged the full price.
- The Restaurant reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in the description or price of the product, or error in your order.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing: All prices are listed in the local currency and are subject to change without prior notice. The final price includes all applicable taxes (e.g., GST, sales tax) unless otherwise stated. • Service Charge: A discretionary service charge may be added to dine-in bills, especially for large groups, and will be clearly indicated. • Payment Methods: We accept cash and approved digital payment methods. The Restaurant reserves the right to accept or reject any payment method. Payment Security: We are not responsible for security breaches or issues arising from the use of third-party payment gateways.
Delivery and Collection
- Delivery Times: Any stated delivery or collection times are estimates only. While we strive to meet them, Islamia Foods will not be liable for any losses or inconvenience caused by delays.
- Delivery Radius and Fees: Delivery is available only within a specified radius, and an applicable delivery fee will be charged and communicated at the time of order.
- Failed Delivery: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or the customer’s inability to receive the order within a reasonable timeframe, you will be charged the full order amount, and no refund will be issued.
- Inspection: Upon delivery or collection, you must immediately inspect the order. Any issues (missing items, incorrect order, visible damage) must be reported to the Restaurant within 15 minutes of receipt.
Allergens and Dietary Requirements
- Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to inform the Restaurant of any food allergies or specific dietary requirements before placing an order.
- Cross-Contamination: While Islamia Foods takes all reasonable steps to prevent cross-contamination, we operate a kitchen that handles common allergens, including but not limited to wheat, dairy, nuts, eggs, soy, and seafood. We cannot guarantee that any item is 100% free of allergens.
- Health: The Restaurant assumes no liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items an individual may come into contact with, if the Restaurant was not informed of a specific allergy or requirement.
Dining-In and Premises Usage
- Code of Conduct: Customers are expected to maintain a respectful and orderly manner. Any form of harassment, aggressive behavior, or disruptive conduct toward staff or other patrons will result in the individual being asked to leave the premises immediately.
- Reservations: Reservations are held for a maximum of 10 minutes past the booked time, after which the table may be released.
- Outside Food/Drink: No outside food or beverages are permitted on the premises without prior written authorization from the management.
Changes to Terms
Islamia Foods reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current version will always be posted on our website and/or premises.
